Double-check that:

• You’re logged into the app with the email you used to subscribe.

• Notifications are enabled on your device.

• Your subscription is active (you can check this under Account Settings > Plan & Billing).

Still not showing up? Tap the support chat inside the app and we’ll get it sorted.

Most upgrades apply instantly, but in rare cases you may need to:

• Log out and log back in

• Force close and reopen the app

• Check that you're on the latest version (App Store or Google Play)

If that doesn’t fix it, message support and we’ll manually refresh your access.

• Daily Needle Movers → Right inside the app homepage

• Monthly Masterclasses (Essential & up) → Inside the app under “Masterclass”

• Masterclass Library (Professional & Executive) → Desktop-only access via [link]

• Templates + Swipe Files (Executive) → Desktop-only access via [link]

• Coaching Call Access (Executive) → Monthly Zoom link sent via email and inside app calendar
